The 1956 Bel Air offered even splashier two-tones than the colorful ’55: India Ivory/Twilight Turquoise and Crocus Yellow/Onyx Black (uh, blue and white and yellow and black for you non-interior decorator types out there!). New innovation for 1956 was a gas filler concealed behind the swing-out left tail lamp.
Its factory equipment includes: a 265 cubic inch small-block V-8, automatic transmission, power steering, power-assist brakes, tinted glass, an AM radio, two-tone paint and dual exhaust.
NOTE: You can see more of this and other classic and exotic cars at my Exotic Car Gallery.
