1. What is your most prized material possession?
My 1988 300ZX, followed closely by my computer and its appendages.
2. What item, that you currently own, have you had the longest?
A cachepot from Italy that holds my pens and pencils at work. I bought it at Dillar’s in 1976, the first year I ever had a full-time job. It’s been with me ever since!
3. Are you a packrat?
Not really. If it’s no longer relevant and the IRS doesn’t need it, out it goes. I think you can strike a balance between being sentimental and being a packrat!
4. Do you prefer a spic-and-span clean house? Or is some clutter necessary to avoid the appearance of a museum?
Trying desperately to strike that happy balance. But I’m not one of these people that goes out and slaps a bunch of cheap “home interiors” type crap on the wall or has figurines laying around.
5. Do the rooms in your house have a theme? Or is it a mixture of knick-knacks here and there?
Thanks to the Goddess of Home Decor, Rachel Ashwell, I now do, indeed, have a theme. And it’s called Shabby Chic.
