I’ve been in Facebook “jail” (suspended from posting, liking, or commenting on Facebook) several times last year due to my interactions with Trumpanzees mostly.
This last round, I was suspended by Facebook for 30 days for “hate speech” which consisted of me sharing a video from “Ticked Off Vic”, which was a profanity-laced rant (it’s his schtick) about the energy failure in Texas over the past week. I posted my own profanity-laced commentary to that video in support of Vic’s position, with a final admonition, “Mask the fuck up”. That got me banned for 30 days.
It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever said so I am not sure why I deserved a 30-day ban. However, the bright side to all this is that now that I don’t spend a majority of my day on Facebook (it’s not as much fun when you cannot share, comment, or like), I have found myself to be more productive around the house, actually.
I cleaned out several kitchen cabinets that desperately needed to be decluttered and had been in a sorry state since before my catastrophic first illness back in August 2017!
Oh, and before I forget, just for your amusement, here’s the actual “Ticked Off Vic” video that got me banned this time. Enjoy!
Hey Joni, How are you? Hows Duncan? When are you coming back to FB?
We are both doing fine and enjoying the nice weather, a change from the frigid February we just had.
